PASTA WITH MUSHROOM GARLIC SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 lb linguine, cooked al dente,drain
6 tablespoons butter
10 cloves garlic, minced
6 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
parmesan cheese, grated

Steps:

  • 1) In a skillet melt 2 tbsp Butter. 2) Add garlic, allow to brown, then add mushrooms, basil, Salt& Pepper. 3) Cook until the mushrooms are just tender. 4) Add remaining butter and olive oil. 5) Stir and remove from heat. 6) When Pasta is cooked reheat the sauce add parsley. 7) Mix with Pasta and enjoy.
