Steps:
- Saute sliced onion and fennel in olive oil until translucent - remove. Saute sliced italian sausage until browned. Remove any extra fat. Add fennel and onion, garlic, red pepper flakes ,tomatoes, red pepper, Italin seasoning and kale. Simmer until kale is tender. Add fusilli, parsley, pasta water and simmer until tight. Add parsley and cheese. Top with cheese.
