Pasta House Salad Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 12

Dressing:
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves minced garlic
1/3 red onion, grated
1 (4 ounce) jar pimento
Salad:
1 medium head iceberg lettuce
1 head romaine lettuce
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1 medium red onion
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Mix all dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and chill 30 minutes.
