PASTA AMNESIA image

Yield 4 servings

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 tbs. butter
1 cup heavy cream
4 ounces smoked salmon
2 tbs. caviar
fresh chopped parsley
3/4 pound farfalle

Steps:

  • Place pasta in boiling, salted water and cook per directions. Meanwhile, melt butter over medium heat in saucepan. Add cream and warm through. Chop smoked salmon and add to cream. Keep warm on low. Drain pasta, add sauce to pasta and stir until pasta is coated through with sauce. Add caviar and toss gently. Serve immediately with chopped parsley on top as garnish.
