3/4 c olive oil
1/4 c red wine venegar
1/4 c freshly grated Parmesan Cheese (scant 1 oz)
1/4 c shopped fresh Italian Parsley
11/2 t Dijon mustard

Steps:

  • Blend olive oil, red wine vinegar, grated cheese, chopped parsley and mustard in blender until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
