PARMESAN & WALNUT BRUSCHETTA image

Baguette
1 cup walnuts
1 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Steps:

  • Thinly slice baguette. Place on baking sheet and broil until golden (1 1/2 minutes per side) Pulse walnuts, parmesan, salt in food processor until crumbly. Add lemon juice. While machine is running add olive oil in slow stream.
