Parmesan Vegetable Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 cups , fresh broccoli, florets
2 cups cauliflowerets
1 small red onion
1/2 pound bacon cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, add the mayonnaise, yogurt, cheese, sugar, basil and salt. Add broccoli, cauliflower, onion and toss until well covered. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon just before serving.
