Parmesan Skillet Green Beans image

Grab your skillet, some Parmesan and garlic. You're about to turn a couple of packages of frozen green beans into a company's coming side dish.

1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
2 portobello mushrooms, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 large cloves garlic, minced
2 pkg. (16 oz. each) frozen green beans, thawed
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring occasionally.
  • Add beans and tomatoes; stir. Cook 5 to 7 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Sprinkle with cheeses; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. or until mozzarella is melted.
