Parmesan Shrimp & Pasta for Two image

4 oz. spaghetti, uncooked
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
6 oz. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large tomato, chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt; drain.
  • Melt butter in medium skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp and garlic; cook and stir 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Add spaghetti and tomatoes; toss to coat.
  • Top with cheese and basil.
