Steps:
- Cut potatoes crosswise into thin slices, being carefully to not cut all the way through to bottoms of potatoes; place cut sides up, on microwaveable plate. Fan potatoes slightly.
- Microwave on HIGH 12 min. Drizzle evenly with 1/4 cup dressing. Microwave 3 min. or until potatoes are tender.
- Drizzle with remaining dressing; sprinkle with cheese.
