Steps:
- 1. cut pork into slices, flatten to 1/4" thickness.
- 2. in a large plastic bag, combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. add pork one slice at a time and coat by shaking the bag.
- 3. in a large skilet over meduim heat , cook pork in oil for 3-4 minutes on both sides or until meat is no longer pink, remove from pan and keep warm.
- 4. add the onions to the pan, cook and stir until tender, add garlic and cook one minute more, place pork chops back in the pan and heat 2 minutes and serve.
