Parmesan Baked Pork Chops image

I put clean dry spinach leafs S&P in a disposable pan with the chops arrange on top. Covered them with foil to take to a Buffet party. Everyone loved them! I was the only one that didn't have to deal with caring left overs home.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
1/2 tsp italian seasoning (mccormick)
6 oz pork center loin, boneless (4 each)
salt and pepper
1/2 c parmesan cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. In small bowl whisk mustard, EVOO & Seasoning. Season pork S&P, Then brush mustard mix on both sides. Press cheese into both sides of the chops.
  • 3. Place Chops on baking sheet & Bake about 10 minutes or until done.
  • 4. Tip: Chops are easy to over cook. To keep them moist brush them thoroughly with mustard. Let them rest for 5 min. before serving. Enjoy!
