Pancetta Meatloaf image

The pancetta gives this meatloaf a delicious twist.

Number Of Ingredients 9

3 lb ground beef 80/20
3 eggs
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp pepper
1/2 c plain bread crumbs
1/2 c pancetta ( or bacon) chopped up
1/4 milk

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together ( gently)
  • 2. mold onto a lined cookie sheet
  • 3. drizzle with ketchup and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. let cool...slice...serving suggestions garlic mashed potatoes and veggies...oh and don't forget the gravy...YUM
