Pan Seared Halibut image

Have you ever made pan seared Halibut at home? This is my new favorite fish. It's quick and easy to pan sear and it has a very mild taste.

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 Halibut fillets, 6 oz. each
Salt and Pepper
2 Tablespoons light olive oil
Fresh squeezed lemon juice

Steps:

  • In a large skillet on medium-high heat, heat two tablespoons light olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper onto the fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. I like to add a squeeze of lemon once I flip the fillets over. Do not overcook.
