Steps:
- -Peel and cut in half lengthwise. (keep in cold water till ready to roast.) -Approx 45 min before roast is done put as many potatoes in pan with roast as you can- the rest go into another pan in with some fat from the roast pan or from extra suet that has been melted on top of stove or by placing pan with fat in oven prior to needing for potatoes) -Be sure to save some melted suet/fat for the Yorkshire pudding. -Turn potatoes after say 20 min (half way done) so both sides "crisp' up.
