Carrots are one of my very favorite foods. If you cook them right the natural sweet, sweetness comes out in them and you just can't stop eating them.

Steps:
- 1. Over a medium heat, melt the butter in a skillet or pan. Add carrots and seasoning. Cook stirring often for about 20 min. Add onions, reduce heat to low, cover and cook, stirring often, for another 20 min. or till you can insert a fork through carrot without resistance.
