1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese 1 (14.5 ounce) can Hunt's® Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained well 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts in water, drained, chopped Kangaroo® Pita Chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 8x8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
  • Combine cream cheese, garlic powder and pepper in large bowl. Add mozzarella cheese, drained tomatoes and artichokes to bowl; stir gently to combine.
  • Place mixture in baking dish. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with pita chips or French bread, if desired.
