Oyster Stuffing image

1 bag oyster crackers
1/2 stick butter
2 cans smoked oysters in oil
2 cans evaporated milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Crush oyster crackers.
  • Spray pan (8 inch square). Pour one layer of crackers, add slices of butter sparingly all over crackers, add layer of oysters. Repeat one more time. Pour both cans of evaporated milk over dish (make sure you get the sides).
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
