FEBUARY RECIPE

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 - ox tails
2 - whole onions
2 - carrots
1 small turnip
2 tablespoon(s) flour
1 gallon water

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients bring to a boil, turn heat to a medium simmer for 2 hours. Take out the tail and cut the meat into small pieces.
  • Return meat and bones to soup
  • Add salt, pepper, and flour.
  • Cook for 30 minutes longer.
