Oven-Fried Pickle Chips image

Enjoy crispy and delicious Oven-Fried Pickle Chips in a flash with this recipe. A cracker crumb crust gives these chips a little extra flavor and crunch.

Yield 10 servings, about 5 pickle chips each

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 egg
1/4 cup flour
22 round buttery crackers, finely crushed (about 1 cup)
1 jar (16 oz.) HEINZ Sweet and Spicy Pickle Chips, drained, patted dry
1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Whisk egg in small bowl until blended. Place flour, then cracker crumbs in 2 separate bowls.
  • Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil. Dip pickle chips, 1 at a time, in flour, then egg, then cracker crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of each pickle chip with each ingredient. Place in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 15 min. or until crisp. Serve with dressing.
