I LOVE Chimichangas, but dislike frying anything! These are easy and very good!

Steps:
- Mix salsa, cumin, oregano, cooked chicken, cheese and onions.
- Place about 1/4 cup of chicken mixture in the middle of each tortilla. Fold opposite sides over filling. Roll up from bottom and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush with melted margarine
- Bake at 400 for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. I have also added black beans to the chicken mixture. Serve with salsa, cheese, sour cream, guacamole....whatever you like!
