Fried chicken is my favorite food, but we all know that it's not the best thing in the world for you, so the next best is baked, boiled or broiled, yuk...This recipe makes it taste like fried chicken but you can sort of feel not guilty when eating it...I hope you like it.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with non stick Reynolds wrap.
- 2. In a shallow bowl, mix the biscuit mix, the dry ranch dressing and paprika together. In another shallow dish, mix the water and egg.
- 3. Dip each leg in the egg mixture and then in the biscuit mix. Place in baking pan in a single layer
- 4. Bake in 400 degrees oven for 35 minutes. Turn legs over and bake another 15 or 20 minutes. Serve with Ranch Dressing is desired.
