Steps:
- 1. Combine flour,salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Stir in shortening and milk. Knead dough lightly to form ball. Roll out dough on floured board. Cut into 2 inch squares. Fry 2 or 3 at a time til golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
