Steps:
- cook orzo until al dente(firm to taste)...rinse and set aside
- in a large pan add olive oil & butter on medium high..cut asparagus into bite size pieces and smash the garlic cloves..add to pan, saute about 5 mins.
- add in the Orzo & Sun Dried tomato pesto, stir , then finish with parmesan cheese...garnish with parsley
