This has been in our family for many years. This is a very refreshing salad. If you want you could even add chicken to it to make a full meal. I serve the crushed ramen noodles on the side, otherwise they get soggy and I usually toast them in the oven at 400 for about 5-10 min, just till they get a little brown. Watch them carefully, they can burn fast after they are brown.

- In a large mixing bowl combine the dressing: oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and seasoning packet from ramen noodles.
- Add the salad ingredients: cole slaw mix, ramen noodles, mandarine oranges, almonds or sunflower seeds, and green onion.
- Mix well and serve with crushed ramen noodles.
