Oriental Chicken Summer Salad image

Dressing:
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup olive oil
2 seasoning packets from the Oriental Ramen Noodles
Salad:
1 bag (1 lb.) coleslaw mix
2 package s Oriental Flavor Ramen Noodles (uncooked and crumbled)
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 package Perdue Ready Cuts Oven Roasted Chicken, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 cup slivered almonds

Steps:

  • Mix together all ingredients for dressing and set aside. I recommend using a sealed container and shake to mix.
  • In a large salad bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Be sure to chop chicken into bite size pieces.
  • Approx. 1 hour prior to serving, add dressing to salad and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
