Oreo Pudding image

A friend of mine served this at her seafood buffet dessert bar. She was gracious enough to share the recipe with me. It has become a family favorite! This may be made ahead of time and frozen for those unexpected visits for the children and grandchildren. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Time 15m

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 large bag of oreos, made into crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 8 oz. cool whips
2 small boxes chocolate instant pudding mix

  • 3. Mix remaining crumbs with the melted butter. Press into bottom of 9X13 Pyrex baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Place in freezer while making puddings.
