Orange-Rum Punch image

It's a bright idea to add citrus to the classic party pairing of cool drinks and crunch notes. Try this rum punch with a side of Chili-Lime Cashews.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 cups strained fresh orange juice (from about 8 oranges)
2/3 cup light rum
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon bitters
Orange zest, for garnish

Steps:

  • In a large pitcher, stir together orange juice, rum, lemon juice, sugar, and bitters. To serve, pour over ice and garnish with orange zest if desired.
