Orange Roughy and Tartar Sauce image

Number Of Ingredients 8

8 ounces water (water)
1 potato baked, with 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese (vegetable)
1 1/2 cups broccoli (vegetable)
2 Marvelous Muffins (grain)
5 ounces Orange Roughy with Tartar Sauce (protein)
1 slice Strawberry Pie 2" (fruit)
12 ounces water (water/snack)
1 cup cauliflower chunks (water/snack)

Steps:

  • If your body is already under 20 percent fat and you'd like to be lower, you may find that a 10 to 15 percent fat range in your menus is ideal for body fat loss for you. But remember that children and those not interested in fat loss may choose to keep their "good" fat percentage in the 20 to 30 percent range. Perfect potato casserole is one of my mom's best dishes. I just lowered the fat significantly by decreasing the amount of butter by half and using fat free sour cream and lowfat cream of mushroom soup. This recipe is a real crowd-pleaser! It's great with chicken, turkey, fish, or beef.
