ORANGE MARINATED STRAWBERRIES
Steps:
- Put orange zest, OJ, & sugar into pan. Bring to boil & simmer for 5 min. Leave to cool. Cut strawberries in ½ lengthwise. Pour orange mix over & let sit 2 hrs at room temp., or overnight in refridge. Mix periodically.
