Steps:
- 1. Pastry - Mix all pastry ingredients until dough forms. Press dough firmly and evenly against bottom and sides of ungreased tart pan with removable bottom 11x1in or a 12 in pizza pan. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown, cool completely.
- 2. Mix sour cream, milk and pudding mix with mixer on low speed for 1-2 minutes or until blended. Spread over cooled tart shell. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hr but not longer than 4 hrs,
- 3. Arrange fruit on pudding mixture at least 1 hour before serving, Heat marmalade and liqueur over low heat until melted. Cool slightly then spoon over fruit. cover and refrigerate.
