Steps:
- To make the chocolate rim: 1.Place chunks of chocolate into a heat-safe bowl. 2.Place this bowl over a pot of water. 3.Heat and simmer the water until the chocolate is completely melted. 4.Pour the melted chocolate onto a plate and dip the rim of the cocktail glass into the chocolate. 5.Stand the glass upright. 6.Allow the chocolate to set. 7.Chill the glass.
