Steps:
- Mix chicken with egg white, flour, corn starch, salt, and black pepper. Keep aside.
- Mix the sauce ingredients together and keep aside.
- Mix the starch ingredients together and keep aside.
- Add two teaspoons oil in a medium pan, when hot add the chicken, and fry for 3 minutes on high. Turn off heat and immediately cover tightly with a lid and keep a side. The chicken will continue cooking and will stay tender.
- In a pan add the sauce mixture and let it come to a boil, and then add the green onion.
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture, when thick add the chicken, and let it cook on medium low heat for two minutes.
- Serve immediately.
