IN A FRYING PAN SAUTE GREEN PEPPERS AND ONIONS IN OIL OR BUTTER TILL JUST ABOUT DONE BUT WITH A CRUNCH TO THEM.PLACE BEEF AND PEPPER AND ONION MIXTURE ON YOUR FAVORITE FRENCH BREAD AND SERVE.
