Orange Chicken image

3 Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup Cornstarch
4 Eggs
1 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 Oil
1 cup Orange Juice
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/4 teaspoon Ginger
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
1 Orange Zest
1 tablespoon Cornstarch

Steps:

  • Mix flour, salt, garlic salt, and paprika in one bowl, put cornstarch in another bowl, and beat eggs in third bowl
  • Cube chicken and coat in cornstarch, egg, then flour mixture. Fry in oil then drain chicken
  • Add orange juice, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and red chili flakes in pot. Heat for 3 minutes.
  • Whisk 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water, add to orange sauce and whisk together. Cook for 5 minutes, until sauce thickens. Add orange zest and remove from heat
  • Coat chicken in orange sauce
