Open-Face Peach Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 pie crust (9-inch)
6 peaches , pitted, peeled and halved
1 cup whipping cream

Steps:

  • Mix sugar and cornstarch together spread 3/4 of mixture into pie crust. Arrange peaches on top sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.
