One-Skillet Mac & Cheese with Meatballs image

Mac and cheese is always a family pleaser, and this one is even more so-thanks to the addition of meatballs. Added bonus: its easy skillet prep.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 egg, beaten
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. oil
1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Four Cheese Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1-1/2 cups water
1 cup milk

Steps:

  • Combine first 4 ingredients; shape into 8 balls.
  • Cook meatballs in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 10 to 12 min. or until done, turning occasionally. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add Macaroni, water and milk to skillet. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 min or until macaroni is tender. Stir in Cheese Sauce; cook until heated through. Serve with meatballs.
