ONE-DISH CHICKEN BAKE image

1 pouch (6oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 2/3 cups water
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 lb.)
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Mix contents of stuffing mix pouch and 1 2/3 cups water; set aside. Place chicken in 13x9 inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over cicken. Spoon stuffing evenly over top. Bake at 375 F for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
