One Bowl Chocolate Fudge with Pecans image

Microwave fudge made with semi-sweet chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. This can be modified by omitting the nuts altogether and using different extracts in place of vanilla. We've also tried it with liquors. Always delicious!

16 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ cups chopped pecans
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
½ teaspoon sea salt

Steps:

  • Line an 8-inch square dish with aluminum foil.
  • Stir chocolate and sweetened condensed milk together in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in microwave on High, stirring once or twice until chocolate is soft, 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Stir pecans, vanilla, coffee granules, and sea salt through the chocolate mixture until smooth; spread into the prepared dish.
  • Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. Cut into squares to serve.
