Olive meatloaf image

Number Of Ingredients 14

1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/3 cup chopped yellow onion
4 cloves pressed garlic
2 eggs extra large
1 pound ground beef
1 pound pork sausage or ground pork
16 ounce pimento stuffed olived drained, rinsed and roughly chopped (10 oz dw)
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup melted butter
2/3 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons water

Steps:

  • combine and mix bread crumbs, milk, pepper, onion, garlic, and eggs
  • combine sausage/ground pork and beef and kneed. mix in olives and sausage.
  • mix meets and bread crumb mix. mold into loaf pans to withing 3/4 inch of top.
  • combine butter, chili sauce, water and worcestershire. and cover top of loaves
  • bake in preheated oven at 375 for 1 hour and 15 min.
