This is one of my very favorite breads to make as an appetizer and even a side for pasta dishes. It is easy and everyone loves the tangy, cheesy taste. You can adjust the amount of olives you add to suite your own taste. This is a crowd pleaser for sure!

Steps:
- Finely chop olives and add to a large mixing bowl. Add butter, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and seasonings. Mix well.
- Slice French bread lengthwise and scoop out a small amount of the bread on each side to create a shallow channel.
- Lay provolone cheese on the bread and spread the olive mixture over the cheese.
- Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Let cool slightly and slice.
