This is the potato salad I grew up eating,I believe it was passed down a few generations. I know most put dill pickles/relish in but the sweet relish really makes this I think!

Steps:
- 1. Peel and chop your potatoes(leave the skin on if you like,just makes it tastier!)Boil until fork tender then remove from heat and cool for at least 15 min or so.
- 2. gently fold in eggs,onion,mayo,mustard,and relish until well blended. Salt and pepper to taste then add a generous dash of paprika to top. Chill for at least an hour.
