Old Fashioned Sugar Cream Pie image

This pie is absolutely delicious. It was given to me by a 92 year old woman who makes this pie once a week.Very rich but delish

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 c sugar
1/3 c flour
3 egg yolks
1 c half and half
2 c heavy cream
pinch of salt
cinnamon

Steps:

  • 1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients except cinnamon. Pour into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle top heavily with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
