Steps:
- 1. The night before, dice up a loaf of bread and let it sit out.
- 2. Dice Celery and Onion. In a skillet, cook celery, onion, and butter until tender. Stir in poultry seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 3. In a 2 qt. casserole dish, add bread and pour onion and celery mixture over it. Dribble with broth and water to moisten. Stir. Cook at 325 degrees for 45 min.
