Old Fashioned Corn Pudding image

This recipe has been used by generation after generations. As I have said I am Native American, and we love corn any way you can use it in a recipe.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can(s) creamed corn
1 can(s) whole kernel corn
1 c sugar (to taste)
3 eggs, whole
3 Tbsp margarine, butter
1 c self-rising flour
1 c 2% or whole milk

Steps:

  • 1. Spray pan or dish with pam.
  • 2. Combine all ingredients and bake @ 400 degrees F for about 50 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 3. If you need a larger corn pudding, double each ingredient in receipt and use a larger pan.
