Steps:
- 1. Boil your egg noodles and set aside. Bring all ingredients to a boil then simmer for 45 minutes with lid on. If u like it hot then add jalapeƱos in this mixture. Keep checking on this cuz everyone's stove works differently. Stir every 15 mins.
- 2. When u have reached 45 mins. then carefully fold in your noodles. Leave lid off and warm noodles up at least 12-15 mins or so.
- 3. Some of my family like to melt mozzarella cheese or some like sharp cheddar on top, its your choice.
