Oh So Easy Baked Fish & Chips image

I love any kind of fish. This is an easy way of making it. Living in Hawaii its always good to have lots of good seafood recipes....

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 large baking potatoes,cut into 8 wedges
1/4 c zesty italian dressing
1 pkg shake n bake extra crispy seasoned coating mix, divided
4 fish fillets
1/4 c miracle whip light dressing

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400F.
  • 2. Then toss the potatoes with the dressing, then with 1/4 cup coating mix. Spead onto a large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for about 20 mins.
  • 3. In the mean time spread the remaining coating mix onto a lare plate. Spreadthe fish with 2 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP, press the dressing side down in the coating mix. Repeat with remaining side of fish. Place on a rac in the broiler pan.
  • 4. Then add fish to oven woth potatoes. Bake for about 15 mins or until fish flakes easily with a fork & potatoes are tender.
