Number Of Ingredients 12

8 oz. Camembert cheese (or Brie)
4 oz. Neufchatel cheese (or cream cheese)
4 oz. Limburger (or Romadur cheese)
8 oz. butter (Plugra, Kerry Gold, etc.)
4 oz. yellow onion, very finely chopped
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. smoked/hot Spanish paprika
1/8 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
Several small radishes, thinly sliced.
One small white onion, thinly sliced (optional)
Soft pretzels or toasted dark rye bread

Steps:

  • - Allow the cheese and butter to come to room temperature. - Mix thoroughly in a bowl with the finely chopped onion and spices. - Use an ice cream scoop or melon baller to make nice rounds, and serve alongside pretzels or bread with sliced radishes and white onion on the side.
