Number Of Ingredients 11

1-1/2 cups old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
3/4 cup flour
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O French Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine oats, flour, dry pudding mix, baking soda and cinnamon. Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in morsels.
  • Drop teaspoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
  • Bake 9 to 11 min. or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheet 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
