Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs, milk and vanilla in shallow bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Dip bread in egg mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each slice. Place in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with trail mix; press trail mix gently into bread to secure.
- Bake 15 to 20 min. or until lightly browned. Serve topped with the syrup and strawberries.
